Power off the phone.
Press and holdVOLUME DOWN and POWER KEY together untill Cloudfone logo appears.
Using your volume key select “wipe data/factory reset”, then press home key to confirm.
Select “delete all user data”, the press home key to confirm.
Reboot phone when format complete
